2024 Department of Family and Community Medicine Conference

The 2024 Department of Family and Community Medicine (DFCM) Conference: Family Medicine for today and tomorrow: What matters most? is taking place on May 16, 2024 at the Beanfield Centre in Toronto. The conference is designed to support the growth and development of faculty, learners and staff from across the department and teaching sites. The one-day event will include keynote lectures, research presentations, interactive workshops, oral papers and poster presentations.

Tristan Lawson Distinguished Fellow in Child Nutrition and Community Engagement, Matt Orava, and Raymond Chang Chair in Nutritional Medical Education, Chris Tomlinson, will be leading a workshop titled Bringing better child nutrition to family medicine.

This 1-credit-per-hour Group Learning program has been certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada for up to 6.25 Mainpro+ credits. 6 credits for the in-person event.
